Shipping: We sell & ship worldwide to all countries. All items online status say "in stock" however this may be incorrect as we do sales outside of our online shop. If items are in stock items will be shipped next day. Please allow 3-5 working days for australia orders and 4 to 10 days for international orders.
Refunds: Please make your choice carefully when purchasing from our website as there are no refunds simply for change of mind or a mistake in an order made by a customer. If you believe you have been sent the wrong product, i.e. the product you were sent was not what you ordered please contact us asap so we can fix the problem.
Warranties: Product descriptions on this site will specify warranty information. If no warranty information is provided on a product page, this means that the product has no warranty and we will not replace broken /damaged items. If for whatever reason the item is damaged when you receive the item, please contact us so we can rectify the situation.
